What kind of graphic design services do you offer?

Ans: We offer the following services:

Do you charge by the hour or on spec?

Ans: Our services are charged on spec bases.  

How does the design process work and how long will it take?

Ans: This will depend on the type of project you choose or request at our initial consultation. Ideally, the duration of a website design is 7 days, exclusive of any revisions or further details the client may ask to include or omit while the project is ongoing.

Graphics design projects for example a single-page design (no printing), usually takes upto 24-48 hours to complete.

Can I contact you for a consultation even if I'm not sure what graphics design I want for my brand or upcoming event?

Ans: Absolutely! Our initial consultation is free! So get in touch with us today, we are experts at projecting your ideas into visual realities. We will help you to vividly express your imaginations through our interactive sessions, then put your ideas into beautifully created designs to represent your brand, product or that important occasion.

Can I ask and suggest changes or modifications to be made to the project. Will this increase the price of the project?

Ans: Absolutely! You are free to suggest and point out as many modifications or revisions as you wish to be included or omitted in your website or graphics design while the project is ongoing, (as well as during the one year managing period for websites). Any revisions made will not affect the price agreed upon at the initial consultation for your project.

However, for graphics design once the project is completed by the given date (all other things being equal), and you confirm your satisfaction with the final product and we forward the finished product and all files to you, we shall not be held accountable for any mistakes however trivial you later find on your product.

Same goes for website designs, once we successfully hand over all login details and information of your website to you, we will no longer be responsible for making revisions or how your website is run and managed.

NB: ANY REVISIONS OUTSIDE OF THE PROJECT TIME FRAME SHALL INCUR FURTHER CHARGES.

Will you manage my website for me?

Ans: Yes. Once completed we will manage your website for a maximum of 12 months, after which total access and management will be handed over to you or your designated team. This is not mandatory, you can choose to opt out.
